Wallets Aren’t just for Men. Here are our Top 5 Wallets specifically for Women!
Although wallets may been seen as a men’s item, sometimes women just wan’t the opportunity to carry something small and slim without the large bulky purse. Even if you still carry a handbag it might be worth having a slim wallet with you, in your pocket, so you can store your most used cards and cash easily and securely. So to make things fair we bought a range of wallets made specially for women, and narrowed them down to our top five.
Wallets for Women. Lets begin!
This wallet is truly a perfect wallet for women looking for an compact alternative to a purse. Not only does it come in a variety of styles but it has a range of functionality from RFID blocking, coin pouch, and enough room for up to 10 cards.
The Fossil Emma is an even smaller wallet that has a clean minimalist style. Its range of styles, and colours are huge with unique patterns and colours. Made with a soft genuine leather and with a unique quick snap closure feature for easy access the Fossil is a great choice for those who want it all with a brand to match.
For those women who like things a little different. The vera Bradley wallet focus on a unique patters that might not be to everybody’s liking. Nevertheless the wallet is the slimmest of the group and has a nice variety of functionality including an I.D slot.
No i’m not crazy for recommending this. Sometimes you just want a simple, functional and most of all cheap wallet to carry some essential items with you. You’ll still have a purse for most of your stuff, but your cash and most used cards can be kept with you in this easy to use Nike wallet. If you’re the type of person who doesn’t care for style then you could do a lot worst than a Nike Basic Wallet.
And finally we have the most expensive wallet on the list. The Felda is the most functional wallet on the list, and is for those women who want it all within a compact and easy to carry wallet. With RFID blocking functionality, dedicated coin storage and enough room for cash and cards to last a lifetime. This wallet is a great example of a purse/wallet hybrid that simply works.
5 Items you Shouldn’t Keep in Your Wallet
Sometimes its tempting, or seems logical to keep certain things in your wallet as means of connivence. But most of the time some things can be less than safe to keep in your wallet and its these items which should be avoided at all costs. Avoid theft, damage and loss and prioritise your daily carry whether your at work or going on a night out. Below are my list of 5 things which you should probably keep at home, or somewhere else, instead of your wallet.
Are any of these in your Wallets Every Day Carry?
Although not many people use checks anymore, chances are if you are using them its for a specific reason and one which has a lot of money involved. Best to just leave any large checks at home and when you do plan to cash them in take them straight to the bank without hesitation.
(Too many) Credit and Debit Cards
I know that feeling of cramming your wallet with as many platinum, or gold credit or debit cards as possible, only to use the same card day in, day out. If you have many cards, but only use 1 or 2 leave the rest at home. It won’t only protect them from thieves but will also drastically slim down your wallet. You’ll be surprised by how much 1 extra card will make to the size of your wallet.
Large amounts of Cash
Sometimes it feels good to carry that fat stack everywhere you go. But I wouldn’t recommend carrying anymore than $30 – $50 with you at any one time. Although no official research has been done its suggested that around 1,000 purses and wallets are stolen every two minutes in the U.S. That adds up to around 300,000 wallets stolen every year. You might not think it’ll ever happen to you, but when it does you’ll be glad that $500 cash is safe at home and not in your wallet.
The guys at Durex answered this one for me. Condoms should be stored in a cool dry place. Your wallet soaks up your natural body heat so it doesn’t really qualify. Wallets are also quite tight (thats what she said) and the continuous action of opening and closing your wallet can provide additional ware and tear on the condom. Not ideal on an item trying to prevent children.
Another Wallet Giveaway! Congratulations to…
And yet another month rolls around with little concern for my age. This month has been a fairly active month for those who wan’t to win a free wallet. It seems people are finally catching on that free wallets might actually be cool. Anyhow I always like to do a little recap of the previous month in these giveaway posts so here we go!
This month is first month in which I’m planning on finally opening my store. To date we’ve had very little inventory to stock but thats about to change very soon. We’ve teamed up with some of the very best wallet brands in the world and pledge to only sell those wallets which we’ve tried, tested and 100% think are the best. With that being said we’ve had to put our wallet magazine on hold for the immediate future. Currently we’re being sidetracked on creating great content and reviewing loads of fantastic wallets. Never the less by next month, May, we promise that we’ll have much more engaging content for you all.
Finally we’ve decided to remove the forum from our store. Spammers and, honestly, a complete lack of content means a dedicated forum will have to wait until this website is a little more popular before we reinstate it. Anyhow we’ve like to thank you all for coming to our website. We’re always honorer by your kind words and hope you enjoy the content we produce. Without further ado here is the winner of April 2017’s wallet giveaway:

Introducing the Loo Poo Wallet | Is this the Best Minimalist Wallet Money Can Buy?
Never have I ever come across a wallet so great. So Fantastic that the search for the perfect minimalist wallet might just be over. Introducing the Loo Poo Wallet.
I’m sure you’ve all been in that dreaded situation when you take a massive shit only to find you’re out of toilet paper. As you sit there, contemplating life, wouldn’t it be great if you’d have a wallet so in-tune with the human body it acts to aid its functions in anyway it can. Thats what the Loo Poo does. Simply pull that wallet out and wipe, flush and you’re good to go!
The last thing to note about the Loo Poo is it’s amazing 2-PLY genuine toilet paper construct. With added strength this wallet has the potential to last a lifetime! The only gripe I have about the wallet is its seems to smell quite weird after a while. I can’t quite pinpoint where the smell comes from but after 1 month of daily usage it can be quite… pungent to say the least. Just something to note.
The Loo Poo Minimalist Wallet is available for the incredibly cheap price of £69! For more information regarding the Loo Poo and to purchase yours today click here!
The 5 Best Money Clips 2017
I wouldn’t really consider myself a money clip man in general. But I’m always up for trying something new so I set it my goal to buy a bunch of clips and try them all out over a month. I went through the lot and here are my top 5 on the market in 2017.
Sleek, attractive and best of all cheap. The Alaska Bear money clip has a tight grasp and can easily carry a range of cash with ease.
Fits Up To 15 Cards Strong and Lightweight. Looks fantastic and is one of the most attractive money clips of the bunch. It also has the largest width coming in at 1.5 inches wide.
This leather duo are attractive with strong magnets to help secure your money in place. Comes in 2 colours with a choice of either black or tan.
The most attractive of the bunch but also the most expensive. The subtle curved edge and high-quality leather make this a great clip for those who wan’t a better clip but less money in it.
Kickstarter Wallets March 2017
Another month rolls around and I’m feeling slightly more optimistic regarding the quality of what’s up for offer. It’s still not the best range I’ve ever seen but I can see a rise in good wallets. My worries (stated in my crowdfunding ranting article) were the wallet crowdfunding scene was dying and the range and uniqueness of them were shockingly poor. Anyhow enough chit chat. Let’s take a look at what wallets are available this month.
This wallet looks like it’s straight out of Tron. With a unique design, the Rapid wallets main feature revolves around that huge rectangular hole. This allows you to easily arrange, traverse and take out cash and cards with ease. I like the idea, and look and would like to try this wallet in future.
Although it has a look and appearance of many other metal eske wallets the Fantom has a unique system for card storgage and access. With a money clip on the back the wallet works on a system which once activited (or opened) fans credit cards out for easy access.
With a dedicated coin slot and a minimal size I can see why the Hendbury wallet is popular. This wallet excels with its beautiful design and high quality look and feel. Looks very pomising and would like to see how it turns out!
Probably the most complex and crazy looking wallet this month. Although only currently a mockup the CROP Wallet promises to be everything and more with charging capabilities, unique coin storage and a slim design.
